2016 - Portraits of young men and women

This project started with a Portrait of my Nephew Danny he had recently left the family home as there had been a breakdown in family relations that often happens when a teenager is at that stage between child and adult, seeking independance, defining themselves.  After photographing him I looked through the photographs and could see reflections of him as a child, a teenager, a young adult and impressions of the adult he might become.  One picture stood out, it was an image that I felt caught him on the cusp of adulthood, facing an uncertain future.
